These really help a great deal. I am recovering from a tbi, & at times there is inflammation in my head. Everyday sounds have been really difficult, & most times my head hurts throughout everyday. I’d taken so much medicine that I had to do without because it would have started causing issues with my heart. Give Flare A Fair Try

The truth is, although tiny, the Calm earbuds were so uncomfortable at first. However, after using them a few times, the pressure became less. It's odd to hear yourself so loudly at first too. This all took some time to get used to. I couldn't recognize any benefit or difference the first couple of times I used them. Then, WOW... - Your Brain Adjusts! Like a miracle, the Calm earbuds sent my attention inwards instead of externally where all the noise/chaos might be. After a couple of weeks, I would find myself grabbing the earbuds as soon as I could sense the beginnings of overwhelm or over-stimulation. The moment I put the earbuds in; I begin to reconnect to myself and the person I am with. The external becomes smaller and my focus is only on who I am with and what I am feeling on the inside. A magic bubble if you will. I am so GRATEFUL for an ANALOG option to diffuse the NOISE! Note: the earbuds can still be uncomfortable at times, but absolutely worth it!

Comfortable and didnt fall out. I felt a slight ease when in a noisy area but not enough to keep me at peace from the worlds noices. Suggested I try the pro but they are expensive can't justify the price. Thanks for letting me try them though.
