The adult pods weren't doing what I thought they would, but on chatting to the guys from Flareaudio they said the smaller ones maybe better as I have small ears. What a difference, I feel an inner calm wearing them as I don't feel I hear as much "interfering " noises etc. I totally recommend them. If you're an adult with small ears I'd go for the kids size.

First off, I would like to commend Flare Audio for their excellent customer service! My first order is lost in FedEx land and I contacted Flare Audio. The replacement order was here in less than a week!
These were for my Autistic son who struggles with noises. He uses them for school. They do help in lessening the sharp noises experienced in the lunch room and loud people.

Product does what it says. Unfortunately, my daughter only has hers for about 2 days before someone stole them (and the hard case) out of her backpack. (As a single mom, I can’t replace my purchase at this time).
We will use this product again in the future.
