How to use

• Clean hands before use.
• Roll the earplug between the thumb and finger until it is squashed into a thin cylinder.
• Insert Foamies while compressed into the ear canal.
• Hold the plug in place until it expands and fills the ear canal.
• To remove, ease gently from the ear.

Good as expected

Although the box was squashed during postage (no fault of Flare I don’t believe!) these were great. Nice fit and very soft.

These seem great but are just a bit big to be comfortable for me. I might be a bit sensitive and may have smaller ears though, still learning!
