Content Release Terms and Conditions
I understand that Flare Audio Ltd (the Business) wishes to use the Photograph/Video content featuring me for the purposes set out below. For good and valuable consideration, (receipt of which I acknowledge), I confirm that:
1. I grant the Business exclusive permission to use the Photograph/Video content:
a. in printed publications, specifically to advertise Flare products and educate others on Flare products and technologies.
b. in presentations, specifically to promote Flare products and educate others on Flare products and technologies.
c. in promotional materials, specifically to promote Flare products and technologies.
d. in the advertising of goods or services, specifically to advertise Flare products.
e. on the Business' website, specifically display Flare products and uses.
(Specified Purposes)
2. I understand that the content may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
3. I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the Photograph/Video content.
4. I consent to the Business: storing copies of the Photograph/Video content for the Specified Purposes or to its storing my contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me.
5. I have the right to:
a. withdraw my consent to the Business using and storing copies of the Photograph/Video content for the Specified Purposes at any time;
b. withdraw my consent to the Business storing my contact details on its database;
c. access the Photograph/Video content, and any information the Business holds about me at any time; and
d. request that the Photograph/Video content and any information the Business holds about Photograph/Video content, and any information the Business holds about me be removed from any materials, future materials and internal databases by contacting the Business at this email address: info@flareaudio.com.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual dispute or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
