These Specific Terms apply to the Flare Audio Sleep Care Parcel Prize Draw ("Promotion") and should be read together with the Flare Audio General Terms and Conditions for Promotions. If there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms take precedence.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Flare Audio Limited, Unit 11, Chartwell Business Centre, Chartwell Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8FB, United Kingdom.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion opens at the time the promotional post is published on the relevant Flare Audio social media account and closes at 11:59 PM (UK time) on Monday, 16th March 2026.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Flare Audio Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Participants must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account depending on the platform where the promotional post appears.

4. How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps on the relevant promotional post:

• Like the promotional post
• Leave a comment on the promotional post
• Follow the official Flare Audio account on the platform where the Promotion is hosted

Only entries that complete all three steps during the Promotional Period will be eligible.

Unless otherwise stated, one entry per person per platform will be accepted.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries generated by bots will be disqualified.

5. The Prize

There are ten (10) prizes available.

Each prize consists of one Flare Audio Sleep Care Parcel containing a selection of Flare Audio sleep related products.

The contents of the Sleep Care Parcel may vary.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

Ten winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotion closing.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform where they entered.

Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery of Prizes

Prizes will be dispatched to the postal address provided by the winner after confirmation.

The Promoter will cover the cost of standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

The Promoter is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility related to the Promotion.

10. General Terms

All entries are subject to the Flare Audio General Terms and Conditions for Promotions which apply in addition to these Specific Terms.
