  • How do I earn rewards?

    Rewards can be earned in any of the following ways:

    • Signing up to the rewards program

    • Purchasing from our store (1dB per £1 spent excluding shipping and VAT)

    • Following us on social media

    • Celebrating your birthday with us

  • How do I redeem an award?

    • Go to your account page (Click the sign up button above or the icon on the top right)

    • Under the "Loyalty Points" heading click "Earn and redeem rewards"

    • On the rewards pop up, click ways to redeem

    • Select the reward you'd like to redeem, you can then apply this straight to your cart

    • Please note you can only redeem one reward per order

    • Discount code rewards are not available to use on The E-Prototype

  • What if I change my mind on a reward?

    Don't worry, just contact us and providing this reward hasn't been used we can refund this for you.

  • I've ordered before but didn't register for an account. Will I still have points?

    No problem, if you use the same email address from your original order these points will be on your account once you sign up.

  • I ordered on a different email address, can I get the points from that order?

    Simply contact us with your order number and the account email you'd like these points to go to.
