Amazing difference!

I bought these for my wife as she has a meningioma which is causing extreme hearing sensitivity. She was previously using normal ear plugs which helped but obviously cut out most sounds. She is blown away by how effective the Calmer Pro is at reducing her sound sensitivity while still being able to hear everything clearly. Thank you for restoring some quality of life!

Just got mine this week and I could immediately feel the difference. Winter season is my literal nightmare, and the first week of this semester has been super difficult. But ever since these arrived it has become so much better. I do not wear them all the time, but when I start to get overwhelmed by the sounds, I pop them in and it makes class so much easier. If you have misophonia and classes are a nightmare for you, I 100% reccomend.

Block annoying frequencies

These do what they're supposed to do: make loud and otherwise annoying noises less annoying by damping the high mid frequencies without drastically reducing the volume like regular ear plugs, so they can be worn at work or school. I sometimes wish these plugs blocked a bit more annoying sounds from the mid range of the spectrum, like the clanging of plates, but otherwise I'm happy.

  • CALMER TECHNOLOGY

    Calmer reduces resonance (distortion) by using a tiny waveguide inside our ears that removes the effect of the Concha. The Concha is the small shell shape that connects to our ear canal which normally resonates mid frequency sounds.

    By removing this resonance, Calmer dampens the most common alert-triggering noises such as phone alerts, dogs barking, tube trains, slamming doors and sudden loud vocal noises. Also, mid frequency sounds have none of their normal painful aspects.
