Not very effective

This product is not very effective and very expensive (also because of extra taxes to import in Europe). Buy a cheap pair of foam earplugs. Also these sleep earplugs came with a small tip so I had to buy extra medium tips.

Works best for sound

Definitely cuts out half the noise. Keeping the two parts together could use some improvement yet the noise reduction rate is incredible!
