I do like Flare products but Earshades sadly are not for me. Guess they can't suit every ear hole. Their shape is too thin for my ear. I've loved every other product I have bought from them including head phones. But like any good company a full refund is being offered.

These provide actual noise reduction, while still allowing me to hear what's going on in the house. It helps so much with anxiety especially when everyone is rough housing and yelling. Plus they are cute and comfortably! They shaped to my ear after the first use and have kept their form!
