Great ear plugs to soften harsh, metallic, glassy sounds, but keeping same loudness.

Theese earplugs are great for softening harsh, metallic, glassy sound arround you, but keeping same loudness. However if you are looking for something to use in loud areas like concerts, clubs or reharsals, search for something different to keep sound quiter and saving spectrum. Quality of earplugs is great - fits comfortable, no complains at all.

Best upgrade!

So go back a few years, pre pandemic, and I was happily using and wearing the normal Calmers near on every day.
Due to my varying health conditions I suffer with, I sweat quite a lot. Now because of this, the Calmers would slip out of my ears a lot.

Spoke to a member of staff, sent pictures, was advised that because of the size of my ears, the pro version would be a better fit for me.

I must say, having gone from the normal set, and upgrading to the Pro version made such a huge difference.
Immediately after putting them in, I noticed the difference in sound, and I was able to wear them all day!
Not once did they fall out.

Since the upgrade, I am still yet to experience any tinnitus in either ear.

Listening to music on my headphones, just hits different, I don't know how to explain it.

Not long after receiving them, both myself and my wife attended a business conference, where there is around 2.5 thousand people or more.

Now I struggle with large crowds and loud music at the best of times, however using the Calmer Pros I was able to remain anxiety and panic attack free for the entire duration of the event.
I highly recommend getting the Calmer Pros, as the difference they make, is just fantastic.

  • CALMER TECHNOLOGY

    Calmer reduces resonance (distortion) by using a tiny waveguide inside our ears that removes the effect of the Concha. The Concha is the small shell shape that connects to our ear canal which normally resonates mid frequency sounds.

    By removing this resonance, Calmer dampens the most common alert-triggering noises such as phone alerts, dogs barking, tube trains, slamming doors and sudden loud vocal noises. Also, mid frequency sounds have none of their normal painful aspects.
