"We love to see genuine reviews and feedback from our community."

Flare pride themselves on never having paid for reviews or endorsements, ensuring all products are genuinely tried and tested, with honest opinions and experiences. This means if you see a comment from a musician or reviewer, you know their opinion is their own and not paid for marketing ‘hype’.

With thousands of genuine reviews now circulating on social media from some fantastic content creators, Flare has today announced an update to their policy. To recognise and help support the content creator and influencer community, whilst maintaining the company’s integrity and values.

From July 2023, Flare will support the industry by paying to re-publish the most insightful, genuine, online content that they feel may help their community to better understand their technology and how it helps others.

“At Flare, content integrity is fundamental to our ethics and principles,” explains Flare Co-Founder, Naomi Roberts.  “We want influencing to be genuine, real and organic. We want to encourage meaningful content about Flare products and technologies, and are striving for genuine feedback and experiences from our community.”

“It goes against our values to pay an influencer or reviewer to generate reviews or content on any Flare products, but when we see some genuine, useful feedback, we may like to share it with our community,” she continues. “We want to support the industry, so we will therefore pay to republish genuine content after a product has been tried and tested, if it helps to inform our community.”

“This is something we’ve had to think long and hard about", continues Co-Founder Naomi Roberts. “Nothing speaks louder than a genuine customer explaining how a product has helped them. We also recognise that online content creation and influencing is an industry, and needs supporting. We hope that the way in which we have today updated our policy supports both our values, genuine content, and the creator community.”
