This promotion is run by Flare Audio Ltd.

1. Eligibility
   Open to UK and USA based businesses only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of their company.
2. Entry Requirements
   To enter, participants must submit their entry before the closing date:
   • Follow the official Flare Audio account
   • Comment on the competition post stating their workplace
3. Competition Period
   The competition opens upon posting and closes at 8:00am BST on Friday, 1st May. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. Prize
   Five (5) winning companies will each receive a Calmer Workplace bundle, consisting of up to 50 pairs of Calmer per company.
5. Prize Conditions
   • The maximum allocation is 50 pairs per company
   • The exact product variant may be determined by Flare Audio
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives
6. Winner Selection & Notification
   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via direct message or email within a reasonable timeframe after the competition closes. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Company Verification
   Flare Audio reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning companies, including confirmation of UK business status.
8. Use of Prize
   The Calmer products are intended for internal workplace use only and must not be resold or redistributed for commercial gain.
9. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree that their company name may be used in promotional announcements related to the competition.
10. General
    Flare Audio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without notice where necessary.
11. Acceptance
    Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
