Following 2 decades of research in sound and hearing, we developed Sonic Balance Technology using a unique particle approach to sound design. By understanding how each particle vibrates inside an earphone enclosure it allowed us to understand, at a fundamental level, how to control sound energy.

Made at Flare HQ, England

Sculpted using state-of-the-art 3D printing, Calmer® Earphone is manufactured at Flare HQ using advanced 3D printed technology to a precision tolerance far higher than traditional injection moulding can achieve.

Once the printing process is complete, the parts are inspected and processed in order to prepare them for the delicate hand assembly process.

Once assembled each earphone is sound calibrated to a high standard to ensure that it’s accurately tuned and produces perfect sound quality.
