I'm been using these earphone for gaming over the past couple of days, and I am extremly impresed with them. I really can hear more than I could on my old headphones (HD 6XX) and I really enjoy the slighlty bassy sound signature. I also appreciate that they are made in the UK. I highly recommend them

Does exactly what’s promised. Crystal clear sound, easy to set up. Better than AirPods Pro by miles!

Let me start by saying I didn’t want to buy these! I bought some Definition buds and frankly they didn’t do what I’d hoped but I gave them to a friend with ADHD and he really liked them. Flare very kindly agreed to credit me with the value of them, which was a great gesture and they had released these in the interim. I opted for the BT & 3.5mm combo and added the difference to my store credit.

Now onto the Studio Pros. I am an hobbyist DJ and to be fair the over ears I had were disgracefully cheap and worn so figured I could use (one of) these as an IEM while playing and have the BT option when I’m out and about. When they arrived I jumped straight on the decks and was immediately impressed. I found I needed the smaller of the buds and prefer the memory foam tips over silicone, it was nice to S,M & L in both materials included. The only slight downside is the length of the 3.5mm cable, I get quite animated at times and had to remember I’m on a short wire at times 🤣

Onto the Bluetooth, sadly when I hooked them up to my phone, I learned that the supplied BT cable was faulty, only one channel worked, there’s a break in the cable somewhere as if I wiggled it I could get stereo, until I left go but a very quick chat with support saw them sending a replacement in the Mail the very same day. It arrived the very next morning, so the support once again exceeded my expectations.

For my musical needs I use Tidal, and I’m comparing these to my other BT headphones, Apple AirPod Pro 2’s.
First up the fit, I don’t find the AirPods comfortable, I’m ok with them for 30 mins or so but I’ve been camping this weekend and I’ve worn the Flares for several hours, and my ears were still happy.
Secondly the audio, I can’t sing the praises of these strongly enough, the bass is unreal and I read this elsewhere too but it’s 100% true, I’ve heard things in songs I’ve listened to 100s of times over the weekend that I’d never picked up before. There’s no need for gimmicks, they naturally noise cancel, better than the ANC mode on my AirPods ever could.

Thirdly Value for money. For the sound these things produce, they are a steal! I wish I’d known about the even better model of them, but I’m delighted with how these sound, and more so it’s refreshing to have the pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares and offers personal service like Flare does.
