How to enter:

Find our competition post on Instagram or Facebook and comment with your favourite sound,

or

Submit your entry via our online form, where you can tell us your favourite sound and optionally upload a photo or audio clip.

You may submit both a social media comment and a form entry.

Submitting additional content, such as a photo or audio clip via the form, may be considered as part of your entry, but does not guarantee a higher chance of winning.

Entry rules:

You may enter once per platform, for example one Instagram comment, one Facebook comment, and one form submission.

Entries must be your own original content.

By entering, you grant Flare permission to share your submission across our marketing channels.

Winner selection:

Winners will be selected Friday at 10am UK time by Flare based on creativity and relevance to the theme.

Each winner will receive a Flare Care Parcel.

Winners will be contacted directly via the platform they entered on, or via email if submitted through the form.

Flare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary.
