I have tried so many ear plugs, and these are simply the best. The size is perfect, and they are easy to use, don't fall out, and are comfortable. No need to ever try any others again....
Plus: best sound blocking so far.
Flare do the best sleeping ear buds full stop. They are comfy and discrete exactly what I wanted.
Only criticism is i wish the stems were silicon like the older ones. That’s me being picky aswell
I admit, I was sceptical at first. They seemed uncomfortable in the pictures, but I gave them a chance, and I am so glad I did.
I've been using them for ~1 month, and they've helped me fall asleep in spite of husbands snoring. They are easy to insert, they stay put in the ear, & they block noise very well, it's actually almost too quiet :)
And at times when husband is on baby duty, these help me relax and not jump out of the bath every time the baby makes a noise. I will definitely buy these again :)
I bought these to help with my husbands snoring, I have found other ear buds to be uncomfortable but these are perfectly comfortable to wear all night and I can't hear his snoring! Would highly recommend.
I've been using these for five months now, and they have definitely helped me get better sleep. My partner snores and wakes up earlier than me, so I didn't even realize my sleep was getting disrupted until I wore these and felt like I didn't wake up once. Not even when he got out of bed, which is impressive as I'm a light sleeper! (But I could still wake up to my alarm!)
The only con is the plastic piece. I don't understand why they designed it with a hard plastic piece that sticks out of the ear. I sleep on my side so it constantly rubs against my pillow and the sound bothers me. Sometimes during sleep, it'll shift and press against my ear, which is really painful. But when it stays in and stays put, it does the job so well. I don't go a single night without wearing them. I just hope they redesign the plastic piece! Foams are great. They do create suction though, but I've figured out a way to release the pressure by squeezing the foam on one side with my nail once in my ear.
Also, they recommend to replace foams in 3 months, but it's been about 5 months for me and I'm only just now starting to feel like they need to be replaced!
Because of my sound sensitivity I can often have trouble sleeping. If my dog is having a particularly exciting dream, if one of the people I live with has to use the bathroom, or if there’s a fly anywhere within city limits it can mean very poor quality sleep. These worked great at blocking those sounds while still allowing me to hear my alarm!
Between the previously mentioned dog that likes to chew on anything he finds that’s been in my ears and my own tendency to lose small items, I am a bit worried about the safety of my Sleeep. I will have to buy a few safety pairs!
For a Flare employee who may read this:
While the standard earfoams seem to fit well enough to serve their function, I do wish there were a smaller size that I could try - I have pretty small ear canals. I’m hoping you guys come out with smaller sizes before I need to buy replacement earfoams!
Sleep in peace and comfort
Sleeep combines a super-soft memory foam ball with a slim durable stem resulting in an earplug that moulds neatly and effectively to the shape of your ear canal. Supplied with replaceable tips, Sleeep are designed to fit all ear shapes and sizes. The foam tips have an extra-long rebound time to make sure you get the best seal and supreme noise reduction.
“I’ve always struggled with sleep as I’m such a light sleeper, so sensitive to any noise. I’ve tried so many different earplugs over the years and will never have to look again now I’ve found Flare Sleeep. When they’re in, I feel like I’m in a snug, isolated sound booth. Rather than outside noises being muffled or sounding weird, like with other earplugs, the sounds just aren’t there. I honestly wouldn’t have thought it possible that I could feel like I was in a different house from my snoring partner, but I can.”
