Useful enough that I bought a second pair.

Bought these for my daughter to help her cope with noise from the basket cases in her class and they've made a difference. Got a second pair so we have a backup.

I do gardening with these and if they fall, all is not lost. If the lanyard touches your clothes instead of your skin, and you turn your head, you can hear it. It's not unpleasant, simply weird and might bug some people.

I need to readjust them often when I'm eating, otherwise they'll fall, but with talking and laughing there is no problem.

Calmer Secure is made from a single piece of soft and durable silicone which acts as a safe and secure lanyard that can be worn over or behind the head. Never worry about losing your Calmer again! The soft silicone lanyard joins up the Calmers, holding them in your ear without pulling them out. It’s as light as air so you don’t notice when you’re wearing it but makes using and removing Calmer a breeze. If you drop one, it’s super easy to find on the end of the lanyard.
