I got these for my autistic partner so hear better out in public but we just use them for music shows. What they do depends on the performance and acoustics of the place but generally things do sound better. We just forget to bring them. I believe they change crowd noise also.
More attention on lectures
I play on saxophone and i can more focus on my sound and what i play. Awesome!!😊
I purchased a pair of the EarHD 90s as my hearing aids often over accentuate the sibilance of the TV and occasionally feedback. The EarHDs arrived with the normal 3 sets of earbuds, but because of my somewhat narrow ear canals, the fit was not great. However, I contacted customer services and they despatched 3 smaller sets of foam buds very quickly, which have made for a much better fit and performance. To my ears, the EarHD 90s accentuate upper frequencies, whilst reducing some lows. This results in much clearer audio reception for me, where I'm not having to cup my ears to make out the treble better. As you'd expect from a passive product, they don't amplify at all, but just turning up the source volume slightly, coupled with the more isolated treble that this product provides, makes for a better listening experience. Is it like night and day? No, but it is an improvement and that's all one can ask for.
I’ve only noticed a mild improvement in following dialog while watching TV. I still need to have closed captions on. I have yet to try them in a restaurant as they are rather noticeable when you wear them.
